As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu

Just a piece of suggestion from me so as to avoid some readers being
confused or taking the meaning of the message  literally.

It would be very much more clear for the Hadith readers, Insha Allah,
if the meaning in depth or in other words, the real hidden meaning is
translated accordingly in simple English.

Fasting - 12th Ramadan 1432 (12th August 2011)

Narrated Anas bin Malik (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Take Suhur as there is a
blessing in it."

Bukhari Vol. 3 : No. 146

And, kindly explain what Suhur in the above hadith is.

wa `alaykum as-salam wa ra7mat ALLAH wa barakatuh

Bismillahir-Ra7manir-Ra7eem

Jazak ALLAH khaira for your advice; as an option you could as well ask in the Hadith Discussion section whatever was not clear from the Hadith in sha' ALLAH and let others benefit from the answer too bi'ithniLLAH, in case the Hadith lacked explanation.

As for the Su7oor it's a pre-dawn meal taken during Ramadhaan:

Here you can find a referenced answer about Su7oor in sha' ALLAH:

And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad SAW) concerning Me, then, I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led aright. Qur'an (2:186)
