Assalam alaikum wa wb
Hope everyone is fine and doing good by Allah's grace.
i have got a very useful piece of information and would like to share with all. Though we all know about it but we never ceased to ponder over it as we are supposed to.
Moreover these days when we see Muslims fighting and having difference among them in terms of how things to be done in Islamic way, I feel we should again go back to our roots and try to weed out the difference amicably.....the most common thing which I come across on which we Muslims have difference is hadith(every individual has his own way of looking at it). The most appalling thing is we don’t know that there exist a difference in hadith and sunnah both are two different things.
Hadith is our beloved Prophet MUhammed pbuh way of doing things like his way of offering prayers, making supplications, dressing etc.
While Sunnah is the rigteous way, which if followed will lead us to paradise inshallah
confused? no need to....
ill try to be more clear
Prophet Muhammed pbuh made 11 marriages and tats hadith
but as Muslims are supposed to make only 4 marriages and this is sunnah

well we can’t make 11 marriages saying its hadith and if we do so then we are bound to be thrown in hell
so just becouse something si hadith we cant folloow it ...before following it we have to look at it as our Prophet Muhammed pbuh wants us to
Another example is thers a hadith where its mentioned that Sahabaah used to  read out surah’s in salah aloud when Prophet Muhammed pbuh used to lead the prayer, but later they stopped after being asked to stop by Prophet Muhhammed PBUH…can we also read out surah in salah when Imaam leads our prayers?? Obviously No…but it’s a hadith….so the right way to offer salah is what we do and its sunnah
I hope and pray that things are a lot more clear now
May ALLAH swt guide us to the right path
Amen
JAzzak allah khair
Asslam alaikum

The final & the most important journey of a man begins with his One leg wrapped to the other leg (in the death shroud) {waltafatul saaqu bil saaq}...the only thing that takes him forward to the blissfull destination are his GOOD DEEDS.....are we ready for it?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

وعليكم السللام ورحمة الله وبركاته

Hadith (Arabic: الحديث al-ḥadīth ) are Narrations concerning the words and deeds of The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم)

In Arabic the word hadith means that which is new from amongst things or a piece of information conveyed either in a small quantity or large. The Arabic plural is aḥādīth. Hadith also refers to the speech of a person.

Sunnah (سنة [ˈsunna], plural سنن sunan ) is an Arabic word that means habit or usual practice. The Muslim usage of this term refers to the sayings and living habits of Muhammad(صلى الله عليه و سلم), the last prophet of Islam.

How far the hadith contributes to the sunnah is dependent on the context. In the context of Islamic Law, Imam Malik and the Hanafi scholars are assumed to have differentiated between the sunna and the hadith.

In some instances, for example, Imam Malik is supposed to have rejected hadiths that reached him because, according to him, they were against the "established practice of the people of Medinah".

Hadith Qudsi' (or Sacred Hadith) are a sub-category of hadith, the Hadith Qudsi is the words of God (Allah), repeated by Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) and recorded on the condition of an isnad.
