LDII (Lembaga Dakwah Islam Indonesia) means Islamic Da'wa Society of Indonesia is one of biggest Islamic organization in Indonesia. It began to appear in 1942 after its founder Sheikh Nur Hasan Al Ubaidah came from Mecca and Medina finishing studying Quran and Hadith. He masters and memorize Al Quran and finish 49 Hadith.  One of LDII Mission is to uphold the purity of Islam in Indonesia based on Quran and Hadith. Our site http://www.ldii-sidoarjo.org is one that express the activity of LDII.
