Assalamu alaikum warahmathullahi wabarakathuhu

May I know can anyone give a qurban on behalf of Allah, if a person is suffring from a disease or in a serious condition after an accident?

pls I need fatwa and what does the sunnah say regarding the matter??

"There is nothing wrong with the sick person sacrificing a sheep or the like in the hope that Allaah may heal him/her thereby from the pain and sickness person is facing, because charity is one of the means of healing. "

If someone is in a non islamic country without any relations there, then can he give qurban or akeeka to jews or
to christians close by?
